When we started Complete Care Chesterfield it was with a view that we provide the best care possible for our local community. By the very nature of social care we are making a positive difference, however we felt that we could do a bit more which is why we decided to give all of our staff a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) day each year.

Put simply a VTO day gives all of our staff the ability to take an extra day off each year fully paid in order to do charity work within the local community. This gives our staff the opportunity to do something positive for a cause that they are passionate about without losing pay and gives something back to those in our society who may be less privileged.

We are excited to see how our staff decide to use this benefit and can’t wait to share some of the work that we do. If you have any thoughts or ideas we’d love to hear them.
