Announcing The Results Of Our First CQC Inspection

It is important that when you are considering care for your loved one that you are able to trust that those you give that responsibility to will deliver quality care to the highest possible standard. As with all providers of social care in England we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) , it is the CQC’s mandate to raise the standards of care and rule out malpractice.

In the CQC’s own words:

We monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and we publish what we find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

We are delighted to share that our first CQC inspection was carried out on 25th July 2019 with Complete Care Chesterfield receiving a rating of “Good” across the board for Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.

It’s important I share that whilst we are very happy with the results, I started this company to provide the best care possible and as such we will use this report to validate what we are doing well and understand where we can do better.

I would like to thank all of our service users for their feedback and our care team who do their best every day for the people they care for and their families

As with all CQC inspection reports these are publicly available , you can read the full report on the CQC website or ask a member of our care team for a copy.
